Refund Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Ask within 30 days of any payment — your first one or a monthly renewal — and you get that payment back in full. No questions asked, no conditions.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If SignalBox isn’t right for you, for any reason, you can get a full refund of any payment you made for it. Just ask within 30 days of that payment.

  • Any payment. The guarantee covers your first payment and every monthly renewal. Each payment has its own 30 days, counted from the day it was charged.
  • In full. You get back the whole amount of that payment, including any sales tax or VAT charged on it.
  • No questions, no conditions. You don’t have to give a reason or show that something is wrong. Downloading, installing and using SignalBox doesn’t reduce or cancel your refund.

For example, if your subscription renewed on 3 March, you can ask for that payment back up to and including 2 April.

2. Who handles refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle took your payment, so Paddle is also the one that returns it. You can ask Paddle directly or ask us — either way, Paddle issues the refund. Questions about billing, payments and refunds can go to Paddle at paddle.net or to us. For help with the software itself, write to us at support@signalbox.cam.

3. How to ask for a refund

Use whichever way is easiest for you:

  1. At paddle.net. Go to paddle.net, look up your order and choose Request refund.
  2. From your receipt. Use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you for that payment.
  3. By email to us. Write to billing@signalbox.cam and tell us the email address you subscribed with, or the order number from your Paddle receipt, so we can find the payment. We ask Paddle to refund it and let you know when that’s done.

You don’t need to explain why. If you’d like to tell us what didn’t work, it helps us improve SignalBox — but that’s entirely up to you.

Not sure which charge it is? On card statements SignalBox payments appear as PADDLE.NET* SIGNALBOX; PayPal shows PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET. You can look up any Paddle charge at paddle.net.

4. When the money comes back

Paddle returns the money to the payment method you paid with — the same card, PayPal account or other method. Paddle sends the refund within 14 days of approving it. Card refunds usually arrive within 3–5 business days after approval; exactly when they show up on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Your subscription after a refund

A refund ends the subscription period that the refunded payment paid for, and the subscription is cancelled, so no further payments are taken. Your licence to use SignalBox under that subscription ends at the same time (see our Terms of Service).

You’re welcome to subscribe again later at any time.

6. Cancelling vs. refund

Cancelling and getting a refund are two different things:

CancellingRefund
What it doesStops future monthly paymentsReturns a payment you’ve already made
Your moneyNothing more is charged. A payment already made isn’t returned unless you also ask for a refundThat payment comes back in full
Using SignalBoxUntil the end of the month you’ve paid forEnds with the refund
WhenAny timeWithin 30 days of the payment
HowThe link in your Paddle receipt, Manage subscription, or an email to uspaddle.net, the link in your Paddle receipt, or an email to us

You don’t have to cancel before asking for a refund: the refund cancels the subscription. If you only want to stop future payments, cancel instead and keep using SignalBox until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Cancellation is described in our Terms of Service.

7. EU, EEA and UK withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the law also gives you the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.

In the EU and the EEA, you can withdraw using the withdrawal option in the Paddle customer portal: open Manage subscription and sign in with the email address you subscribed with. You can also reach the portal from the link in your Paddle receipt email or through paddle.net. In the UK — or anywhere, if you prefer — contact Paddle through paddle.net or write to us, and we’ll pass it on.

Our 30-day guarantee is more generous than the statutory right: it lasts longer and covers every payment, including renewals. It doesn’t replace or limit your right of withdrawal — you can use whichever suits you.

8. Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. If the law gives you more, you get more.

Because Paddle sells SignalBox to you, Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Where this policy gives you more than Paddle’s, this policy applies.
