Software you download, billed monthly

SignalBox is a desktop application for Windows and macOS that controls your own cameras over your own local network. Nothing is shipped: you download it right after payment.

Delivered instantly

After payment you’re taken to a page with the Windows and macOS downloads and a setup guide. Paddle emails you the receipt, which also has the link for managing your subscription.

One subscription per person or company

Install SignalBox on every computer you use for your own productions, and let your team use it. The subscription is for you or your company and can’t be shared with or resold to others.

Not included

Cameras, network equipment and installation services. SignalBox is software only and works with cameras you already own.

Know the limits

The panel’s interface is in Russian. Sony cameras accept one controlling computer at a time. Blackmagic cameras have no live picture in SignalBox. See the tested cameras and requirements.

When am I charged?

The first payment is taken when you subscribe. After that, the subscription renews automatically every month on the same date and the same payment method is charged, until you cancel.

Are taxes included in the price?

The price is $5 US dollars a month. Depending on where you live, Paddle adds sales tax, VAT or GST, or shows a price that already includes it. Either way, you see the exact total — and the currency — at checkout before you pay.

How can I pay?

By card, and with other methods Paddle offers in your country, such as PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment details go straight to Paddle; we never see your card number.

Who processes the payment?

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, handles taxes, and issues receipts, invoices and refunds. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to the purchase itself.

What will I see on my bank statement?

Card payments show as PADDLE.NET* SIGNALBOX, PayPal payments as PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET. You can look up any Paddle charge at paddle.net.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes. At checkout, add your company name and, where it applies, your VAT or tax number. Paddle emails an invoice for every payment, and you can download past invoices from the subscription management page.

How do I cancel?

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email or Manage subscription (you sign in with your email address), or write to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for: you won’t be charged again and can keep using SignalBox until then.

How do refunds work?

Ask within 30 days of any payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Request it at paddle.net, through the link in your receipt, or by writing to us. Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used. A refund also cancels your subscription, and your licence for the period that payment covered ends. See the Refund Policy.

Can the price change?

If we ever change the price, you’ll get an email at least 14 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then. Where the law requires your consent to a price increase, it won’t apply without it.

Can I buy from any country?

From most countries, yes. Paddle can’t accept payments from countries under international sanctions, including Russia and Belarus.
